About Dash Credit

Warm Lodge Inc., d/b/a Dash Credit, is a sovereign enterprise, an economic development arm and instrumentality of, and wholly-owned and controlled by, the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation, a federally-recognized sovereign American Indian Tribe (the “Tribe”). Dash Credit’s loan products are provided by a sovereign government, and the proceeds of our business fund governmental services for Tribe citizens.

Tribal Sovereignty

Dash Credit and the Tribe are sovereign entities that possess sovereign immunity. Dash Credit is regulated by the Tribe under Tribal law, not by state regulators or state law.

If you choose to apply for a loan from Dash Credit, your loan agreement will contain specific provisions regarding dispute resolution, applicable law, and sovereign immunity.
